Apple Cider
Apple cider is the name used especially in the United States and parts of Canada for a typically unfiltered, non-alcoholic beverage produced from apples. It is characteristically tart, both cloudier and more tangy than conventional filtered apple juice.Authentic cider is a seasonal beverage of limited shelf-life enjoyed in the autumn. Traditionally served on the Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays, it is sometimes heated and mulled.
